can dealers change out the tan interior on the white type s for the black one? if so do they charge more? how long will the wait be?

 

they could, but it'll cost an arm and a leg...
not worth getting white.

 

thats the combo every one wants lol. the cost is a lot(havent done it yet for a customer but i have a feeling some time soon we will)

best thing to do is buy the color you want and go vist some junk yards and get black parts out of crashed rsx's

 

bleh, im not about to tear out the whole interior on a brand new s

 

everyone with the white type-s wants this done. if it was an easy thing to do, i probably would've gotten white, but i needed that black interior.

to answer your question though, it can be done, but it'll cost you.

 

my total cost for teh swap was under 1k, but user truezen hooked me up fatty for a lot of the black interior

well then choose one or the other. i wanted the same thing but since i spend so much on the inside of the car i went with a black car 2 get the black interior.

btw let me know if you are looking for an rsx(since you are in the bay area)

this guy did it himself and he said he doesn't know much the whole thing cost him... if you decide to to it

I know a guy who did the swap and he paid 500 for the stuff and did it with a few friends. Took him a long time to complete.

OMG he has a pretty bad *** ride. You have pix of his motor?

He should have kicked the kids *** that keyed his ride man. that makes me soooo mad. Dumb *** kids at HIN are little pussies. Turned my head for one sec and some dumb *** took my Mugen tank cover. If I would have seen that little *** I would have beat his ***.
