Default Stock 4th gen lude VTEC quarter mile times

Hey I figured i'd post this up for others to look at. I know I wanted to find this out a couple times but found nothing specific. Ran the quarter mile at my local track today with a stock(and I mean stock as in nothing not even a performace air filter) Vtec 4th gen prelude(93) ran a 15.13 and a 15.14 then a couple bad 15.5s and two awful times of 15.9 missed 2nd and 16.5 missed second and third

Definitely can be a useful thread. I saw one on sho.com where everyone posted up their setups and quarter mile times. Better than having "bench racers" saying, with x,y, and z, what will be my quarter mile time?

I can never get traction when I run, my best time is 15.3 with i/h/e/pullies/HD ACT clutch/Prolite flywheel all I do is spin spin spin, I have to learn how to launch

Ahh, I have a hard time with traction in 1st gear. It spins most the gear, also I have very poor reaction times so i'm sure that I could knock out a 15.06 or so cause my reactions on the 15.1 runs was over 1.2

reaction time doesnt matter, time wont start until u go unless you are bracket racing

ahhh.. only 15's. think prelude is not a good drag car. without lsd, you'll need someone fat on your passenger side so that way you'll get good traction.

I ran a pretty bad time of 14.5 @ 98mph earlier this year.
92 Si
JDM H22A
M2S4
MSD SCI
MSD coil and wires
NGK # 6441
Megan header
2.25 inch exhaust with Magnaflow muffler
Cheesy fake intercooler front mount air intake
This was on a pretty humid night too.
205 50 15 Kumhos
This was on the heavy a$$ Si factory wheels.
Full interior too.
I hope to get some slicks and get out one more time this year and break into 13s.
