And won't come off in a crash or have a lace ingested by a sprocket

Tach is fine after you get used to it. Although, I would much rather have a nice analog one.

The boots do cover my ankles.

The laces have a rubber cover that goes over them keeping them from hanging off. They also fit VERY tight. I have a hard time getting them off my feet when I get home.

They are really meant to be a casual boot.

Thanks. Made the fender eliminator myself.

How do you like your boots? Since they're made by A*(?), I'm guessing there is sufficient ankle padding and support? Also, how much and where? Thanks.

Nice bike, BTW.

I like them alright. Pretty long break in period for them and they leave a die on the back of your socks.

I got them for 70 bucks @ http://www.kneedraggers.com

All in all, I am very satisfied with them.
