Default 2000 Civic EX Check Engine Light?

The car had a check engine light on, so I went to see what code it is, it turns out to be 67, a catalyst low efficiency...what in the world does that mean? and would I go about in fixing that? And are all the civics have the same code? and this is a 2000 ex again. Thanx.

What kind of 2ndary oxygen sensor are you using? Is it a Bosch? They love to cause this code.
The code means the sensor thinks the cat isnt doing its job well enough. Cats should last 100k miles and it may be upheld by warranty...if its decided the cat is on its way out
