Ok, so I just got the arp rod bolt stretch gauge and in the directions it says to preload the bolts to .200"-.400" to me that seems a little much. However, in boosted hybrids writeup he says to use .02-.04" so im confused any help is appreciated.

I'd say Your decimal place is off. It's probably .002 - .004
