Default Oil problem

Hi I have recently over heated my del sol and blew the head gasket, had it all fixed had new stem seals and 5 angle valve job.
car excessivly burned oil. So ok i swap out the engine assuming it has to be the oil control ring.
New engine with old fixed up head with the new gaskets etc installed car still burned oil and let out black smoke when on throttle.
So it had to be the head so i sent it to my guy who rebuilt it again.
Still burns oil...
Its too much of a coinsidense i even swapped on another head, same problem
What can my problem be? Could it be the rings on this engine too???
Or is there something i could be over looking please help me. I dont want to have to strip the engines down if it could be something else.

Maybe you should reconsider going back to that guy.

How many times does someone need to **** up before you realize they are nothing more than a backyard mechanic who knows nothing?

Just a thought.
