lol wait a minute... anyone who things a air filter is the only thing you can install on a B16 needs to be schooled. Its probably THE MOST supported import engine in the aftermarket. Your problem isnt finding the part, its deciding which company to buy the parts from lol.

You are totaly right! This topic is for the people that don't know wich manufacturer should buy to have the best performance possible in his Honda.

I'm happy with my actual configuration in my B16A2:

K&N AIR FILTER
NGK IRIDIUM PLUGS
VIBRANT EXHAUST SYSTEM
VIBRANT HEADER
OBX SPARK PLUG WIRES
OBX CAM SPROCKETS
MSD IGNITION MODULE

Well, I think this is the main performance parts in a lightweighted Del Sol!

no gains over stock (unless your fuel filter is clogged). None... Nada... zip... Total waste of time and money.

Best bang for the bucks and effort: cams.

because in colorado the land is higher and the air at a higher altitude is thinner and less dense so less power. UNDERSTAND!

my suggestions

1) cam gears 200
2) ignition system (under 200 if you can find a good deal.) i did
3) then cams and all the other stuff over 200
4) alot of octane booster
i'm not rich
i only get to spend 200 a month .. barely
more than some folks, less than alot ppl.
just remember you get what you paid for..

Well, I kown that a B18 swap is the best in cars like the del sol. The car is very light and with that engine the only parts that will be missing are some wings, because it will seems a airplane!!!
