So far as I know, here is THE PLAN.

Who : NE and Canada caravans are going to meet up (I think?) or at least arrive around the same time in Chicago. (i.e., Wednesday night, thursday early AM) Also random Michigan peoples will (i hope) be coming to Chicago wed PM/thurs AM to join the giant caravan. Travis from Indy? and your peopels? You meeting us Thursday in Chi-town? I'm sorry if I omitted any large caravan or anything.

Where to Stay : Jay (cheezthis) had a cheap hotel/motel in a good location in mind. It's not far from the highway, close to breakfast place we are going to Thursday. Originally I had thought we could pack in a bunch of people at Lance's and a few peoples at everyone else's place, but there really is a parking issue AND distance issue. I'd hate to have cars towed/ticketed/etc. This may be by far the easiest thing to do (cheap/clean/good location motel/hotel). Plus. We can come hang out with joo there, go out that nite (LOL if anyone is not sleeping immediately after checking in!), etc.

Thursday - plan is to meet for breakfast between noon-1pm at Walker Brothers in Arlington Heights, IL, then when we've got everyone, leave for Omaha. (sean, that means you have to hurry for downtown after joo get off work!!!)

Once near Illinois : Once you caravanners enter Illinois, you'll want to come up I-94 (West), which will turn back into I-90/94, through the loop (loop = big buildings ), and go West of I-90 when 90/94 splits. Once I get the address of the hotel from Jay, I can give you an exact location so you guys can map it out. I would prefer (i know jay feels this way also) not to post the hotel name/address on here. You guys can distribute it your own way.

Anyhoo. Since there are a ton of peoples involved in this, lets stay mostly on topic. So we don't confuse the **** out of everyone.

Phone Numbers : Also... PM me a phone number or two from each caravan, whoever can get everyone on the same page, whoever your fearless leader or leaders will be. I'll give a few of joo guys mine, so we can keep tabs on whats going on.

so how many ppl does it look like are coming to meet up with the caravan? I'm not sure but i think me, nemesis0104, teh cone (stealth 95 gs-r), styleteg, and some others may be meeting up with yous guys... but i'm not positive, i'll try and find out later today

The hotel in mind is OUT OF THE WAY.
It's not visAble from the highway, and it isn't in a busy area at all.

i talked to dopie on the phone today and he said something to the effect of "37 bucks eh! we can split the room like 16 ways!!"
