there will probably be some need to be some machine work for the head bolts but dont quote me on that

any more inputs??? at first thought most people assume it may need machine work b/c they're thinkin of the h22a which has two small VTEC oil drain holes but the h23a does not...is that what u meant by needing machine work?

a few more questions would be, what timing belt will i need? or all timing belts for that matter? if im remembering correctly i saw a picture of the f22 head gasket placed over the h23a head and everything matched up perfectly.

Really im not sure there should be plenty on this subject on here if you search ive never actually heard of this swap just the IM from the h23 to the f22 but im guessing you have to use the timing belt from the h23 because it would have to be longer to clear the two cams opposed to just the one

if it was a straight forward swap id be all for it but if not ill look into something else, im at school right now so cant really get into reading that whole tutorial...any idea if the f22b will swap directly into my motor mounts and all the hoses will connect right up? Im just looking to replace my 200000+ mile f22a1 with something a lil different and definantly more power but not as expensive as the h22 so im leaning towards the f22b DOHC non-vtec
