92 prelude electric problem.

92 prelude electric problem.
i might have shorted something in my turn signals, not sure though. im not getting any power to my right pasanger turn signal, not the big one... but the smaller one on the side.
i tested the line and am not getting any power at all. checked my fuses and dont see any burnt out. anything else i can test?
