Im thinking about dying my faded interior black. Not the seats just the panels and steering wheel and junk
1. Will the dye last?
2. Does the dye flake or chip?
3. Whats the good stuff

If anyone has a dyed interior please post some pics

Any vinyl dye should work - it's like spray paint, but it actually soaks into plastic/vinyl. I've done computer parts with it, and when they are painted black (originally beige), and scratched, the original color doesn't show. Good stuff

 

u can also.. jsut scuff w/ grey scotch.B pad... spay some plastic adheasive promoter.. & then a couple coats of DIU interior paint... u can get @ any paint supply place....

there u go... that should last you for @ least 5 yrs if not more...
