D15 vs. D16 pistons

Ive found a set of SRP pistons for a D15 (this is all it says) but i am wondering if these will work right in my D16y8

I dont think that would be a problem, and dont quote me but i think the diff between d15 and D16 is the combustion chamber size.

yeah thats my question basically i know the bore is the same...i am wondering if its just the y8 rods are longer or the wrist pin placement is different
