Popping noise(front driver side) and sluggish acceleration ...help
I replaced my front torque mounts and put in Energy Suspension bushings...and i'm still getting this popping noise when i go over bumps. Also when i'm accelerating I get this loud vibration throughout the car and even the gas pedal. the car seems sluggish and feels like the motor is moving around alot and holding it's self back on normal acceleration...please help...it's been going on for a while...thanks
I'm having similar problems as well. I have B16A and it just doesn't feel as snappy on accelleration as it used to. The car also makes a really low frequency vibration when i accelerate hard, kind like something is dragging, like a wheel bearing or something
Did you do the obvious? (make sure all the mounts were tight?)
Did you replace the rear mount, when that one gets bad, it will allow the engine to come into contact with the car, making a very loud noise pretty much all the time.
Pop your hood and see if you can rock the motor back and fourth.

I just replaced my front torque mounts and rear engine mount with Energy Suspension Bushings...so thats not it...also when i put on the brakes it vibrate a little now. I'm thinking it might be a tuning problem
