MPFI Swap-4 Red/Black Wires From Injector Resistor???

Does it matter which red/black wires from the injector resistor are connected to each fuel injector?? I have looked at just about every webpage about this swap and none of them answer this question. Any help would be appreciated.

No as long as you keep the same order in all injectors.
