I saw someone mention something regarding TSB (Transmission?) update or recall. Just wondering what this really is and what it involves. Tried searching, but no luck. Thanks.

It's a 2000 year, as in... the one in his signature.

The TSB you are referring to, at least that I can recall, deals with decel clutch buzzing from ~4.5 down to 3K rpms. Quite annoying. They replaced the disk with different springs. I don't recall any other TSBs regarding the transmission, but I might be wrong on that.

 

Thanks for the help, my S really does seem to have a buzzing/vibration beneath the vehicle when I allow it to resonate down to lower speeds. Is this due to the car not having the update/recall completed? By the way, the car is a certified used Honda. Thanks.

 

i would call the dealership to see if the TSB was done

Nothing on the tranny. if the car is within warrenty theyll do the clutch disk. If they do, you better put an aftermarket setup in there if your goin to mod it while they do they labor.
