Default front end conversion suspension troubles?

i have a 95 civic hb with a 95 integra front end conversion....the conversion was done "correctly" but i have noticed that ever since the conversion or after the installation of my motor, that everytime i go over a speed bump, it makes a weird noise on the drivers side front. (under hood--sounds like near the bottom lower mount or something to do with the suspension...)
it isnt the sound of the tire rubbing in the wheel well...i know what that sounds like...its more like the sound of something re-adjusting?

sometimes it pulls to the right when im driving on the highway but then again, i havent had the alignment readjusted since any of this.

also, are there some signs of a head gasket going before it goes??? (besides smoking and burning up all the oil)
