I say buddy club 3+ they will give your more mid-range power than the CTR's.

CTR's seem to work best with stock compression B16's.

Yes, you will lose a great deal of midrange if you go with anything more aggressive on stock compression.

Now I do see alot of companies that will sell only the intake side (of the ctr cam)only any reason? do I need to chnge the exhaust or just the intake side? and will it not benefit me if I dont change them both or does it matter is the intake side good enough?

I would personally change both....type r cams used aren't that much to begin with and you might as well change the exhaust cam since you're right there, plus it will make a little more power.

00' and up ITR cams are the same as the ctr cams, so in that aspect no, it wouldn't be worth 'upgrading" them. A used type r camshaft IMO is one of the most cost effective upgrades that you can do. You don't have to upgrade anything as long as you're keeping your rev limit stock, they make a very noticable difference. The Toda A's.......personally I think it would be foolish to spend the money for Toda A's when you can buy the S2S1 and make waaay more power over the Toda "A."
