Id say the easiest way would be to go to your local honda dealership, though thats probebly gonna be the most expensive aswell.

id say on here or craigslist. when i bought mine apparently they were hard to find and i shelled out like 100 bucks...then i try to sell em like 4 months later, nobody wanted em, ended up trading them away
