CAn any body name all the civic type r color and also the color code. Or have a chart that showz the car and the name of the color/ code.

i remember one championship White

the other yellow, black, silver... i want the whole name also the color code.

thinking of repainting my car

What does that have to do with a factory Type R?

Yeah, the USDM yellow's were Phoenix Yellow for sure. When I went with my cousin's when they bought their black IT-R in '01, the seller said the color was Nighthawk Black Pearl. When a hater dented his rear quarter panel, they painted it the same Nighthawk Black Pearl. But reading on the two colors they offered for the '00/'01 USDM IT-R's, it says Phoenix Yellow and FBP. I thought the FBP was for the '99/'00 Si's. *shrugs*

 

I think I read somewhere that Starlight Black Pearl has the same color code as Flamenco Black Pearl. They just use different names in Japan and US.

 

OK, here it is. For the two USDM colors offered in 00/01 for the IT-R's, it was Phoenix Yellow and Nighthawk Black Pearl.

Yeah, right before I read your last post, I read the top of the thread again and noticed that, lol.

 

i just found out by doing some research using grand turismo 3 that the civic type R yellow is named

sunlight yellow also on the JDM ITR

Only the USDM ITR is Phoenix yellow

The CTR wasn't Phoenix Yellow, it was Sunshine Yellow. So you had:

Championship White
Sunshine Yellow
Starlight Black
Vogue Silver

 

Yeah the Civic type R yellow is a lil lighter..its not phoenix yellow
