built this header for a buddy of mine. im not finished welding the last collector though.
everything you see here is built from SCRATCH. collectors and everything.
( collector needs a lil port work. havent gotten to it yet. )



heheh brought it home to take pics. prob bring it out to the shop tomarrow to finish welding and coating it.

everythings tig welded. the silly
bronze is the same thing RMF/An-R/etcc etcc use on their head flanges. its pretty much " brazing" for tig welding. and they've had great results with it. i asked RMF why he used it and he said because it prevents a lot of undercutting etcc i believe. ive used it before with great results.

thanks casey. im kinda proud of it considering i made it myself and 100 % by myself. collectors n all. wish i had the $$$ for burns collectors though hehe

Header is looking sick........you would have never done the header if it wasn't for me Phil
......anyhow..we will test it on my car againts a dc and maybe another header....

soudns good to me . im making a side exit for mine

nice part. ive used "silly bronze" before when fabbing up small resonators and mufflers with thin perf sheet....makes it really easy to get that stuff to stick to thicker wall tubing without burning through
