Default Took my JRSC GSR to Fontana

Gsr Jrsc at 10psi (crv pulley)
Hondata
23x7.5x15 M&H slicks mounted to heavy swirlies
quaife lsd
other over priced stuff...

Anyways, I only got 3 runs.

1st run was clean; But since I've never been to this track before and didn't do a very good burnout. I launched too low. ET = 13.6

3rd run. Should've been my best, but something in the tranny didn't see it my way. Something broke, cause the damn tranny didn't wanna get into 3rd gear. Wasted like a half-second fighting with 3rd before I said fudge-it and went to 4th instead. As much time as I wasted, I thought I'd be a 14 second slip but ET = 13.6.

And the 2nd run:

(in case we-todd is down... 1.819 60ft....8.525 1/8....13.398 1/4 @102.16)

Still had an alright time even though I had to limp home with my car that no longer wants to go into 1st, lol. Maybe a spring or something came off and lodged itself in the pressure plate. Pay to play

It's hard to adjust at Fontana cuz you only get a couple of runs at it, but nonetheless, great time!

I'll try to make it to the next one.

BTW, you still running w/ full interior during your runs?

Hey guys.....thanks for all the nice comments. I really appreciate it.

Last time I got tuned, it was just a street tune...no numbers. But before that when I had 2psi of less boost, I put down 231whp on a Dyno Dynamics dyno.

My guess would be around 245whp....I actually considered going to get a baseline dyno this saturday past; But I hit up Cali Speedway instead.

I have about 30 lbs of weight savings on the car, but I personally put on 20 lbs of Carne Asada fat this year . So not doing so well on the weight game.

Hehe, yeah it seems like there are less and less of us with each year that passes. But I've been sticking with this set-up for over 6 years and I'm pretty happy with it.

But don't get me wrong, I'd still like to try something like TurboChrgd_Civic's car. Or even your nitrous for that matter.
