what to do with my b18c?

hey everyone i just wanted to know what i should buy first for my b18c motor? And i am going turbo and want to run at least 12 to 17 psi of boost but need to know what i need to accomplish that.

for 12+ you better rebuild the block, port and polish the head.

new rings, rods, pistons, bearings
