What do you think my car is worth??
Yeah yeah, I know you guys hate this question. But, can you please provide some guidance based upon what you have seen?
2000 Acura Integra Type R #343 - Phoenix Yellow
- Car has 36,XXX miles on it
- Only mods are Comptech drop in filter, Apexi RS exhaust, and stereo (which I will probably remove).
- Car is in good shape but has a few dingers (which are easily removed pre or post sale by PDR)
- No accidents
- Only Mobil 1 oil, well maintained
I was thinking around $20k. Thoughts?

take how much you owe (if you owe any [rich bastards]) and then add up your mods and divide by 2 and take that number!
subtract for that milage too. 36K on a 2 year old car is way over normal 12k to 15k a year normal.

schaumburg acura sold there 97 w/42k for 18500. i bet you can get more then 20, unless those dings you speak of are major.
That '97 was there for MONTHS and 18,500 was their asking price. My bro-in-law checked it out and he said it smelled like it had water damage even though carfax was clean. Who knows.
Here are some pics in case anyone cares
I got a 22.5k service 2 weeks ago at a dealer in Atlanta and the manager walked right up to me and said they'd give me $20k for the car w/o any bartering or anything. I told them to shove it (in not so many words) cause I could get more selling it privately (if I in fact wanted to sell it), but still, that's a pretty good initial #.
36k is a bit much for a 2 year old car, but I'm still with the majority on this one .. $20k - $20.5k (privately), $19.5k-$20k (trade)

well i will put it this way. i would definitely pay $20k for a 2000-2001 type r when i sell my car and get a new one this late spring, early summer. As long is it is in decent shape and had maintenance done routinely. Oh yeah, and is black.

20K sounds about right....the mileage is a little high, but then again considering that half of the R population is stolen or wrecked.....I think that it is worth it. How much would people pay for a 2000 FBP Type R with 3,300 miles????? Excellent condition, no dings....never seen a drop of rain!!!!!!!!

I would say about as much as a 95 SC'd GSR
I would ask $20-$21k. I wouldn't go too much lower though. Good luck!

I would actually love an s2000 (and am considering one) but have my heart set on an M Coupe. They are too $$$ though
How is Cali treating you rat bastard? I desperately seek warm weather but at least I dont have to worry about theft (at least not yet) where I live.

Are you selling your car newgsrdriver?
So, the answer to your question is, I have no idea what Im doing
One thing I do know is, it would be pretty hard for me to let this car go, but I guess for the right trade/price, I would.
