it could be a bubble in your coolant system, did you use the bleeder to get them out?

the bubbles tend to hang in the idle air control valve and the other idle valve (the one that's meant for warming up the car) and my car will get hot if theres a bubble in the coolant.

did you torque everything down in the right order and everything? Sounds like a bad head gasket still.

yes i torque it all in the right order. i had this issue before. the original problem was it over heated and the colent over flowed the resiwar. the was little coolent in te engine. if your saying that there could be air in a control value maybe i should check the gaskets. theres no coolent leak thought.

yeaa, today i was checking the anti freeze and i noticed that the number 3 injector is leaking. im asumming that is the problem with the missng. put new o-rings on all the injectors. could that be how air is getting into the coolant to?

if you ran it for a while with a bad head gasket it could have eroded the metal where it was leaking. Unfortunatly that means a full tear down if that was the case
