You'll need to find a 205/35-19 (does anyone make one?) to get close to the original total diameter, to keep your speedo accurate. And even that is slightly too big. A Falken ST-115 in a 215/35-19 would be the closest I can think of, and thats huge. Aside from some absurd super low profile tire, I don't think you'll find anything that will work correctly.

Ignoring speedo and gearing changes, you want the skinniest, lowest profile tire you can find, to try and keep the rubbing to a minimum.

you'll probably be hard pressed to find someone that actually has experience trying to put that monstrous size wheel/tire on a civic.

it all depends on what the offset it, 19x7.0's will fit at a +48mm using a 215/35/19, but are larger than the orginal tire. It will rub some and I would not recommend it. Sell them and buy something more suitable for what you would like.

sell the rims, 19s are to big for your car. Get something more suitable ..yet have some blingage.
