put razor blades in where they stick there arm. get a deadbolt. stick with a stock radio, or do the stock radio cover trick. use the search, its been covered.many. many many many times.

Before anyone goes posting how to break into a civic; if you want to prevent this from happening again, remove the lock mechanisms in the interior from the door. You could also install deadbolts, but there isn't much that would prevent a 'smash and grab'.

theres no way it can be prevented really. Just hope they never do, Its all in a run of bad luck..

I was hit up to twice a year for the past 3 years, and people scoping. Now ive been ok for about a year.

Just never leave your car anywhere in a mall, or theater longer than 3 or 4 hours. Timing is a key when it comes to a thief, If they know they have time to work on it.

It will be attempted.

you can never prevent any thief from entering your car. period... common sense will tell you this...

dont waste your money on door locks. if they want something in your car a simple crack of the glass window will get them inside.

leave nothing in your car, and keep your glove box open with nothing in it.

yeah, this has happend to me several times. Now I drive around with a hole in my dash. best way to prevent this is to have something from the factory, or nothing at all, like me
