Default Help w/door panels

First of all, I searched, it got me this far....

Ive taken off everything nessecary to unscrew to take the door panels out, but how about the clips? Can I just pull the panel off, or do i have to gently unsnap them(tried this allready) so after I take out all of the screws, what next to take out dorr panel? I searched and didnt find detailed info, please help

Are they metal? Can you bend them up?

Na they are plastic.. they look like if you were to take them off, they wouldn't go back on... is there a way to maybe glue them back on after you break them off?

I think I know what your talking about. Take a look at this, he's redoing the fabric on the armrest part of the door panel. He has some pictures on how he seperated the parts. It might help you out.
