Default will a dc ls header work on my 94 gsr?

i heard of the stock ones not working but i didnt know about aftermarket ones. anyone know if it will?

All b18 headers/exhast manifolds will bolt up but where they differ is the length and position of the cat and piping.

agreed, that header will be about 4-5 inches longer than your stock header (at the collector end)

yes, you'll just need an exhaust shop to hack off the appropriate length from your exhaust and reweld the flange back on
IMO its not worth the trouble, just get a header that was designed to fit your car.
