I didn't know you could chip Civics . I have looked before but I guess I either looked in the wrong places or they realy don't exist . I dunno about that ebay thing . I would be careful .

It's just the chip, you still need to have your ECU socketed to accept the chip, and in some cases, you need to have extra stuff done to utilize the chip properly.
Only works for 88-95 Civic and 90-95 Integra.
