The power is a little lower than I would like, but it is a V, so it is about right and on par with others of the same size. What I am looking at is the sweet frame and the potential for a great handling bike that is loads of fun.

Could even be considered a starter bike....

I don't know but the specs (engine wise) look like a carb sv650 only 16 pounds lighter and carbed......

sv650

Bore Stroke: 81.0 x 62.6 mm

i remember reading somewhere that the engine in the fischer bike was developed by some korean company. will see if i can find info to confirm that.

edit: yup... says on the bottom right of that page. the engine is made by a company called hyosung. should be interesting... hopefully it's nothing like the Yamudas...

actually i remember reading an article about a hyosung bike in cycleworld, i think it was called the comet 650, basically a sv650 ripoff. i think one of the guys used to work with suzuki and helped develop the sv, but something happened and he left, so that might explain why the engine specs seem so similar. the review of the comet 650 looked like it would give suzuki a run for their money with the sv650 sales, but i dunno if it has or ever will make it to the US. it was supposed to be dirt cheap too. i dunno, been a while since i read the article so i might just be talking out of my ***.

That bike is beautiful. I really wanna know some pricing specs. Quick, one of you guys with a faster computer than me,(i.e. everyone), look it up.

Edit: Did anybody watch the ghetto little vid on their website?? The bike sounds sick as hell.
