My radiator is weird.. I have a 96 SE integra.. When ever I fill up my reservoir tank it seems like the radiator leaks until the reservoir tank is empty.. it seems like its leaking right underneath the housing for the radiator cap. But if I don’t fill up the reservoir tank.. it seems to be just fine.. I live in Arizona, its hot.. but I have no overheating problem.. my temp gauge rises normal, the needle stays about less than half way when its really hot and I’ve been driving a lot..

So one day..i popped my hood, turned up my heater and turned it to full blast.. and I see that its kinda of like bubbling on the edges on the around the top part of my radiator….so I don’t know whats going on..

And one more thing.. I’ve never seen or have heard my fan go on.. so yeah.. any ideas? even when its freaking hot.. like 90degrees outside and i've been driving alot.. it doesnt come on

I noticed this after I did a flush… but I don’t think that’s the problem… I didn’t noticed this till about a month later..
