i am puting my b18c5 motor back togather and i think i am missing an extra set of thrust bearings. does any one have the helms bearing instal guide. any info will help thanks in advance

 

Thrust bearings? Where are those located at?

 

there located between the crank and the block. so your crank will not walk.

 

I don't have a Helms but from looking at the Delray Acura parts site, you need the following:
