Default Strange Electrical Problems

Hey all.
Drove to work today, all was good. On the drive home, I noticed my clock wasn't lit up. Thought it got blown. Radio worked. Double checked the fuse, and all was good. Noticed that in addition to the clock, the turn signals, fuel meter, and heat meter do not work. But the 4 ways do.

The fuse was blown for the turn signals, replaced it, and it blew again .

Any ideas?

I know on my car the previous owner put the wrong size fuses in. Did you check the under the hood fuses? It could be a short some where. Could it be the alternator. I know it will take all of your power and take away your lights. The thing is usually when your alternator is shot your car won't drive. Go have that checked at some part store.
