Default could i have blown a fuse?

while the car was off, i loosened the ground thats for the alternator and then accidentally let it touch a part of the motor which made some sparks. after that i screwed the ground back in and put the rubber cap back on. i was wondering if any of the fuses cuold have been blown or if anything else anyone would know of have gone wrong?

..Why not just start checking all the fuses?

ALWAYS unplug your battery when doing things electrical. Common sense.
