how much coolant needed in the cooling system?

Default how much coolant needed in the cooling system?

i put a gallon of 50/50 after replacing the radiator. how do i know if its sufficient?

If the coolant level reaches the radiator filler while the bleeder is open. Just keep in mind that when you reach the top, you have to close the bleeder and pour in a small amount more to replace that which came out of the bleeder after you reached the top.
