Default tuning?

I was talking to a friend with a wrx, and he put some type of piggy-back edu control, into his car and said it made a very noticalbe difference. Is there anythign like this for a civic? i did a search but didnt come up with anything

wrxs=turbo tuning

when u tune a car with boost it makes a bigger difference because you can alwasy cram more in.

as for piggyback...they are usually reserved for forced indcton. ind someone with uberdata and get it tuned the right way....noticable difference not so much in power but the way the powerband is

yeah, it's called the Apex'i VAFC, a.k.a. piggy back fuel computer. Theres also some made by Field. Stand alone fuel management would be best though.

yeah i was looking into the VAFC of VAFCII, these are also able to controll the vtec ingagment correct? Is one of these worth the money? or are they only good once you have done many mods?

They are good dude, just have somebody tune it, or get it tuned on the the dyno, I remember when I had one and it made a big difference, the best part is the vtec changeover point.
