SV650 is for sale - already bought a replacement

Trek 7200FX. Main reason I bought it is because of my road trip 2 weeks ago. I would have done better and been less fatigued on the motorcycle if I had been in better shape. Buying a bicycle is harder than buying a new car. Crazy dealers, tons of shifter, brake, wheel, frame, handlebar options etc etc.
Note the lack of front suspension. I specifically got the one without it because the one with it has a mountain bike suspension and its really mushy and this is a road / bike path bike. I just have to wheelie over some of the bigger ledges in the pavement.
I still want something small for tooling around town so I got the bicycle, and I want to get in better shape mainly so I am a better motorcycle rider.
Riding a bicycle around here is just as - if not more - dangerous than riding a motorcycle. Its crazy. There is actually a big bicycle ride here on Wednesday called the Ride of Silence remembering all the cyclists that have been hit/killed by cars.
I'm going to have to stick with the bike paths - fortunately we have a lot of those.

Because I don't want to live in an apartment the rest of my life. (can't afford 2 cars, 2 motorcycles, and a house)
No front disc brake either eh? If you ride it on the street, just ride the damn thing in the damn bike lane.....................................I f*cking hate it when a pack of cyclers ride in the f*cking street instead of the damn bike lane
Ba*tards................sorry, that just really annoys me when they do that
They think they own the road or something.
Anyways I have been thinking about getting a bike for motorcycle training, I'm looking at mtn bikes though.............and I don't want to spend a fortune.
Dude you can afford to have two cars, two bikes and a house. Cuzz I'm doing it in Cali! That should be a breeze out in TX

yep, me too. it depends though - the "sidewalks" around my house are not "bike paths" and you need a full suspension mountain bike to navigate them they are so fucked up. i am going to stick to the actual bike paths for the most part. there are also some wide roads that have plenty of room for cycles and i am learning where those roads are also.

So if this is a thread about an SV650 for sale, where are the SV pictures?!

only decent sized pic i have right now. only thing i added was frame sliders and 1200 miles.
wish i could have taken her to the ozarks last year - but i pulled a nail out of the rear tire 30 minutes before leaving, so I took the FJR instead. I never had a chance to bond with the SV like I did with the big bike.

I remember when I purchased my F3. You posted up your ZR7 a few days later. Now, my SHawk's getting fixed and I've found myself another trackbike. A few days later, you post up a bike for sale AGAIN. You're killing me man! I better be first in line for the FJR.
The FJR was probably a better choice for the trip, since you'd have much less windblast.
Good luck with the sale.

What is your track bike gonna be now?

750, nice, there is a guy selling a 750 at my work that I was going to try and pick up. But I don't think I'll be able to sell my sv for enough plus come up with more cash. Oh well, I guess I'll have to stick with the sv for now.

Thanks. You ride a Speed Triple? My brother used to ride one.
