People who have done CR/VTEC into EG Swaps POST UP. NEED SWAP HELP
For the life of me I'm trying to assemble the missing pieces for my swap. I'm attempting to figure out what else I have missing and everyone else needs to see if I have everything I need.

ARP Exhaust Studs
HP Racing 4-2-1 Stainless Header
AEBS Intake Manifold
RC Enginering 310 Injectors
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
SiR2 TPS
STR 70mm Throttle Body (yes I know everyone says its too big)
OBD1 GSR Distributor
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
AEM SRI Intake
ACT Streetlite Flywheel
AI4-HDR6 ACT 6 Puck Clutch
1996 ITR Transmission with LSD
Driveshaft Shop Stage 2 Axles
B16A 1999 Si Starter
Stuff I know I need to get:
Send extra P28 to Hondata for S200
AEM Fuel Filter
Del Sol VTEC Upper and lower radiator hoses
B20B Alternator Belt
Del Sol VTEC Radiator Cap, Rotor/distributor cap, Thermostat
Now, my main worrys besides that is anything obvious that you know I need to pick up, and I'm in particular worried about sensors and what not. So what else is missing?

shift linkage, axles, all new seals *cam, oil pan gasket set, obd1 clips for the injectors. maybe you have it, but i don't see it on the list, just trying to help out
Shift linkage I'm using out of my 1990 Integra GS, oil pan is B20B4 and the engine is fully assembled and gasketed...heres pics.

Not my ITB's or header. But I'll probably be using the OEM crank pulley or possibly a CTR N1 crank pully from JHPusa.com, all seals and gaskets are there the engine is pretty much ready to rock its the other small **** I'm worried about like sensors etc. On the STR TB not seeing where the Map sensor would mount unless its on the bottom or something.

hasport mounts for the eg ($350), engine harness from any 94+ integra or you could use your si harness and just extend wires neatly. an exhaust ...2.5" preffered, some NGK spark plug wires. an alternator.
what sensors are you reffering to? i mean you got everything bare?

I've got the Hasport mounts, I've got a BUddy Club Pro Spec exhaust, it'll have to do for now. I'm curious if the block is missing sensors or not, it's still sitting at the engine builder because I don't have a stand or anywhere to put it this moment. I've got another LS block out of my 1990 Integra GS in the garage that has all the sensors still on the block so maybe those are usable? I've got 3 alternators in my garage and one b-series bracket. Supposedly you can mount the D-series alternator in the B-series bracket and use a B-series belt...cause someone stole my alternator and other stuff. But I've got new NGK Spark plug wires too. Oh yeah can I mount the stock D-series IAC on my AEBS Manifold?
you wont need a crank sensor with hondata.
and why dont you take a pic of the back of the block and the side of the head and then we can tell you what your missing. were not mind readers ya know. provide us with with enuff info to help you out, not your mod list. i believe you need a B series iacv.

I'm sure I'll need a crank angle sensor. And my pictures of the engine are very limited. I don't have a Digital camera, and the engine is still up at my engine builders.

are the only pics that I have

Thats awesome. I'm using a 1993 Civic Si P28...I've got 2 of em. I shouldn't need a knock sensor either. Are there any sensors on the 1996 ITR Transmission I should be worried about, Neutral/safety start switch probably...There has to be more missing than this...I mean it would be great if thats all I needed...but I'm sure there is more. With the Hasport mount kit I got 3 mounts, a top tranny mount a rear tranny mount and the #1 piston side mount...I have no bolts however...and do I need some sort of bracketry that actually bolts to the engine/transmission for the mounts to mount on? I know there is one on the #1 piston side and that just sticks out and bolts to the side of the block...I've got that piece, but the rear tranny mount is part of the engine cradle am I wrong? And isn't there a plate type deal for the top transmission mount? Sorry about the confusion I've just never done a swap before and this is pretty in depth considering its a frankenstein. Thanks everyone though
Bump. Talked to the builder.
I'm going to be using RC440 injectors instead cause he hadn't ordered em yet.
What he says I have right now: (I'm sure I have the VTEC pressure switch on the head and the VTEC input plug on the head as well)
Intake Air Temperature sensor
Engine Coolant Temp Sensor
Idle Air Control
I've got at my house now:
MAP from B20Z, MAP from D16Z6 but they mount the same
TPS from a SiR2

Bump...oh yeah, my builder told me my HP Racing 4-2-1 header was about 1/4" smaller port on it than the port on the cylinder head....which means I'm looking for a new header nothing over $650 if at all possible thats alot of cash for a header when I still have other stuff to buy.
The rear mount (part with the rubber) is actually on the subframe and it's connected to the engine and tranny via a t-shaped metal bracket.
I've got a blue AEM filter [blue] I can sell you, and a slightly used set of P72 cap and rotor you can have.
Ever think of giving a RMF header a try? Eh? The pricing is in your ballpark and he seems to be all the rage these days. You can also just go with a JDM ITR or DC JDM ITR header to get you by.
An OBD-1 Civic Si harness would probably be the best bet since you don't have a knock sensor and the IAB system. But, even if you don't have one or it's too hard to find one in good condition, then using any OBD-1 Integra non-VTEC harness wouldn't be a big pain since it would only require pinning two wires to the engine bay harness.
Use an ITR crank pulley if you want to have power steering. If you don't plan on having power steering, then just remember to stay away from aluminum crank pulleys.
Have Jim recommend you a set of plugs. He might have you use a low-protrusion NGK race copper plug in a heat range 7 or 8.
You also need to think about gauges. At least get oil pressure, oil temp (since you won't have an OEM oil cooler and it doesn't look like you'll have an aftermarket one either), and maybe a wideband. If your Hondata box doesn't have datalogging installed, get it. It'll handle the rest of the datalogging and real-time monitoring with a laptop or palm pilot.
I've driven a hatch with Omnipower coilovers and I don't like them. They're a bit unsettling for me.

I'm getting an oil pressure gauge and temperature and a fuel pressure gauge at least. I've got 4 wiring harness here, OBD0 Integra, 2 1993 Civic Si wiring harnesses, and a 99 CRV OBD2 harness. I won't be using a knock sensor since I don't have one and there are no real provisons for one in the B20B block right now, honestly I'm not too concerned about a knock sensor. I can't afford a wideband right now and get a header thats for sure, and all Hondata S200's these days are supposed to come with data logging. I have power steering but I need to pick up a manual steering rack my power steering rack has a torn bellows boot and I don't want power steering anyway, and I'm already using a stock CRV Crank pulley as it was balanced with the entire rotating assembly. I will however let Jim tell me what plugs to pick up. Aftermarket oil coolers like B&M and such front mounts really aren't too expensive I may pick one up.
Use one of the '93 Civic Si harnesses and an OBD-1 alternator.
I don't like the B&M oil cooler kits. Unprotected rubber oil lines bother me.

Be prepared to spend around $300+ total for the oil cooling system if you're gonna use braided line...or even more if you choose to use the Aeroquip Starlite line. I prefer it because it chafes less on anything it can rub up against so you don't have to firesleeve or wrap it.
