I am going with an all motor h22 setup. What size exhaust would be best?

 

2.5 I guess, search and see what other people are running check the all motor forum. Whats your setup consists of?

Usually 2.25-2.5 for NA. 3" for turbo. That is most people do.

 

2.5" should be plenty for N/A.

 

thank for the input guys , but one more question. I was thinking of getting a custom mandrel bent pipe and weld a tip on. Would this be just as good as any good exhaust on the market such as apexi N1, thermal,etc.

 

you will need a resonator in there somewhere....or it will sound like ***....

pm "kteller" he has really good prices from HT and he makes the piping/exhaust systems for a lot of people on HT. heard nothing but good things about him.

I never even said that I would be running with stock internals. I came here asking a question about what size exhaust would be best and you act like i'm trying to build the fastest all motor h22 in the world.

face it, if you dont even know what size exhaust to run, you shouldnt be trying to have a sleeved motor with forged internals

Not everybody that is on this forum has 100% knowledge about hondas. That is why people post here. That is why i posted here. To get information. If you didn't wanna help me, then you shouldn't of wrote anything at all.

 

This site is meant to gain knowledge but everyone can't go around asking such basic questions like this. Please do a lot more research before you do any more modifications to your car you'll be the end.
