installing blox manifold:what happens if you don't install the EVAP purge solenoid??

can i drive the car around?
what about the vaccume line that is connected to the charcoal canister?
this is a little frusturating...

Has little to no effect at all other than more pollution

its for emissions all the fuel vapors go into it
