I know that the ITR LSD will fit the 99-00 Si tranny. I am looking for the answer as to whether it is possible to use the JDM ITR LSD (No final drive supplied with the LSD) with the Si's existing 4.40 final drive gear ?

Or is the hole physically too small ?

Appologies in advance if this question is a duplicate, I have done a couple of searches but the results appear to contradict themselves.

i really dont think you can use the si final, but im not completely sure. you dont have any decent tranny shops near you? if not find and call a good shop...theyll know

 

I don't have any shops by me which would know, which is why I am asking here, I figured this may by the case anyway but need a solid answer on this one.
