Seeing as I've grown sick and tired of hearing the EP3s critics and haters over the past three years (since the first production North American EP3 Si/SiR back in 2002), can a current owner of a EP3 and a digital camera please drive up to several different minivans, (Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, whichever), and take photos of their hatchback beside it.

Somebody please prove the 'haters' and 'critics' wrong that the EP3 does not even compare in size to a minivan, and shouldn't be considered a 'soccer mom' car/minivan.

I like em. I shoulda bought one instead of my Base. Coulda gone F/I for what i would have saved.

then park the ep3 next to an EG or crx.

it doesn't bother me much. the car is what it is.

I'd never buy a EG or EF, to be honest with you. I've seen enough of them demonlished by the slightest accident. It's a rat/death trap if you ask me, which is why I'd never drive one off a track.

are you saying the ep is a solid indestructable piece of metal? Keep in mind the year the ef,eg was made.

I mean im glad you like your EP, but come on. Stock it looks like . If you fix it up it looks nice. Now dont say that every car stock looks . Most cars look ok stock and really nice fixed up.

Exactly. I really don't care what people think of my EP, so long as I like it, which I don't. I love it!

 

i love that people think the my ep is whack and looks like a minivan. it just seems to me that several people have all these older civics and think they are the sh*t. &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;not everyone. i have friends with older civics that are cool as f*ck&lt;&lt;&lt;&lt;&lt;
i hope people don't end up jumping on an ep bandwagon like the eg.

They will. People have short memories. EGs were not liked at all upon their release. Nor were EKs.

I have no problem if someone genuinely doesn't like the EP, but I'm willing to bet at least 50% of those who do dislike it, even here on H-T, are merely sheep going with the trend. In a few years... when people realize that civic hatches are no more on this continent, people are going to flock to the EP because "it's the last hatch we gots like they did in JDM land, y0!"

 

EG,EK,EF's are old schools as much as the B-series are... they were once great warriors...

but honestly I'm sick of seeing them still on the streets.... I want to see more EPs and DC5s but I guess going that route is very expensive..
