Does factory header gasket fits on DC header?
Hi everyone, I need some help regarding about my header. I have my DC header for like 3 years now, putting about 70K miles on it, and nothing have gone wrong with it. Recently I heard rattle noise between my header and cat converter. So I brougth to 3 different mechanic (just to make sure they all said the same things about my noise). Anyways, so they suggested me to get the gastket and the factory spring bolt, as they can tell that I didn't have it on there. So here is my question, if i purchase the bolts and the gasket, will it fits into the dc header, and will that go in smoother into my stock cat converter?
Also another weird thing, I tried to tighten down the bolts between my headers and cat converter last week, and it elimated the rattle noise, but now when my engine is warm up, the header (I think it comes from there) makes a loud noise as if I am using my stock intake without the white bottom piece of the intake to goes under to the fender. What do you guy think is wrong my air flow system? Is my dc header is damage, or the way I tighten the bolts is incorrect or do I need to get that gastket and the bolts? Any help is really appreciated!
thanks

go see where exactly its coming from
it could mean you need a gasket, and you just tightened the bolts there. mayb theres a hole in your piping? maybe youre just hearing things and its just your intake as you stated how it sounds like.
