hey..sorry guys but i have a really noob question. my cupholder all of a sudden wont close and it is stuck 1/4 open and its bothering me. any idea how to fix this? how do i remove it?

I fixed one of the many I've had once, but I don't remember how to do it. Something to do with the spring or the screw being to tight that it didn't allow the latch to spring back to its original position. That should help...maybe.

 

take off the armrest, take off the cig ligther, take center console off, remove cup holder and throw in dishwasher and see if it cleans it. most likely, you have something lodged in the way so it wont close.
