Default Fuel pump help

I replaced my 255 in the hatch with a stocker and ended up getting this metal ring stuck in the line. I had to forcefully remove it which caused it to kinda bend out of shape. Do I need to order a new ring or would it be ok?

Default Re: Fuel pump help (ITR 98 1162)

you should be ok without it, i broke mines off also, but easily put it back on its not needed for anything its like a seal for the rubber line but it comes off so easily if your not careful just use a good clamp when you get the rubber line on and u should be good.
