the drivers side seat belt in my 90 si goes out half the way and i can not get it to recoil all the way out. is this time for a new seat belt assembly? btw the seat belt is mounted on the door.

 

take it to honda. it's supposed to be a recall repair.

also, my car has two fans behind the radiator are they really needed if i dont have ac? or is one for the ac and one for engine cooling?

 

one's for ac, and one's for just regular. i believe the ac fan is the one on the right (when you're looking at it)

 

oh ok so if i remove the ac system i can take one of the out since there would be no purpose for it to be there?
