Default 1992 JDM Foglight Wiring Question, No 1-pin Connector

I am pretty sure my EG didn't come prewired for the foglight. It says look for a 1-pin plug with a blue/red wire near the headlight. I checked all over and didn't see it. I am pretty sure I don't have the 1-pin connector near the fusebox. If I wanted to make an OEM working foglight, do I just need to run one wire from the cabin to the engine bay that connects the interior harness to the exterior harness? Because all the other plugs should plug in, such as the 5-pin plug that goes to the foglight switch, the 7-pin plug that goes to the light switch, and the dimmer connector thing?

I've searched for an hour and found out other people didn't have these connectors. I wonder if it's simple like that. My fogs are on the way, but I like to read in advance so I understand the procedure. If anybody who has an EG with OEM foglights and DID NOT have the 1-pin connector with the blue/red wire can answer this question, I would apprecaite it very much. TIA.

I dont have the connector. I looked where the washer reservoir would be. Nothing. I looked near the headlight, nothing. I even looked inside the wire loom and I don't see a blue/red wire.

My foglights are OEM, so the Depo instructions wouldn't work. I have the JDM harness. I want to hook these lights up as if stock and want to use the OEM foglight switch.

longbeach, where was your connector hidden? My washer reservoir is gone and I pulled the fender liner to only see the connector for the reservoir.

Haha, I dont have my fogs yet, on the way from Japan. I decided to get a head start to locating all the plugs. I tried looking for the engine bay plug. I'll look in the wire loom and see if it's there. I haven't attempted the cabin plug yet.

So hopefully the brown connector is in the wire loom. Inside the engine bay or behind the fender? I've taken my dash out before. If it requires it, then I'll do it again.

So look inside the wire loom in the engine bay near that fuse? I kind of looked inside, but didn't cut the tape portion. Cross my fingers, I look tomorrow morning.

Well, after looking, I dont have the connector inside the cabin. I think I'll just run a wire from the engine bay to the cabin.

I don't have it. My friend has a 94 DX coupe and I immediately found that wire taped behind the driver's light. I don't have it. I am just going to run the power wire.

Supposedly only 94-95 Civics were prewired for fogs. They had a 1-pin connector with a blue/red wire that ran from the engine bay to the interior. Mine does not have it. I have a complete engine bay harness and cabin harness. The only thing I would be missing is the wire that goes from the engine bay to inside the car. I guess I'll wire everything up as the instructions say and run the single wire through the firewall.

Yeah, going to hook them up tomorrow since I got them today from Japan. I hope my plan works.

K boys, I got my fogs today and it looks very simple to install. A lot less work than the Honda Accessories instructions show. The harness looks more like the Depo harness where it doesn't connect to the light switch nor the dimmer.
