Take out the two screws on the roof. Pull the cap up and away from the antenna. Next remove your car stereo. Then disconnect the antenna from the head unit. Tie a long string onto one end of the antenna cable. Now I would suggest pulling it out from the roof. Pull it out and make sure the string is still attached. Now tie the new antenna cable to the string and feed it through to the back of your stereo.
^^^^this is how to replace your antenna cable. To replace the actual antenna then unscrew the same two bolts from the roof. Just pull it out enough that you can disconnect the cable from it. Do the reverse for instillation.
