Default Which timing light?

Does it matter which one I get? I see a huge range at Napa, and I am not sure of the specs I need. Also can get one from Kragen or Sears, but again I don't know which I need. Will only be used for my Mini me CRX. And suggestions?

+ - feature means I can adjust it to different timings? So I would adjust it to 16 or whatever my Helms says, and then use the white TDC mark. Instead of using the 3 timing marks?
