Whenever I have the fan (with or without a/c) on in my 97 lx coupe I hear an cricket like squeaking sound. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they know how to fix cause it is starting to drive me nuts. I've searched and found nothing about this.

try a fast test, when you hear noise, unplug fan motor 1 at a time ..chk belts for loosness as well

 

most likely a belt rubbing somewhere, or i had a similar noise come from my ungodly low power steering resevoir on my old cougar
